Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
Welcome to PJS Trading! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PJS Trading. This Shipping & Event Pickup Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and made available for pickup when you shop with us online. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the practices outlined in this Policy. For any questions regarding shipping or pickups, you may contact us at pjstrading1775@gmail.com

ORDER PROCESSING
We process orders, usually on Tuesdays and Wednesday.  During peak seasons we might be on the road with events and are not able to process orders until we return to the office.  All orders placed by 5 pm on Wednesday (except when we are out of the office for the week) will ship on Thursday.

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

All event order pickups need to be placed by Tuesday before we leave for the events.  Most Times we will be able to fill the order even when we are on the road.  

We will post the times when we are on the road and can not pick orders for pickup or shipping.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer several shipping methods displayed at checkout and calculated based on package weight, size, and destination. Typical delivery estimates include USPS Ground Advantage at 2–5 business days, USPS Priority Mail at 1–3 business days, UPS Ground at 1–5 business days, and International Shipping at 7–21 business days depending on country. These delivery timeframes come directly from the carriers and are not guaranteed by PJS Trading.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, and any available offers or thresholds will be shown at checkout. These promotions may change without prior notice.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local Pickup may be available for select items. When Local Pickup is chosen at checkout, we will contact you with instructions and a pickup window once your order has finished processing.

EVENT PICKUP
You may also choose to pick up your order at one of our scheduled events. When selecting Event Pickup at checkout, a list of upcoming PJS Trading events will appear with dates and locations. After choosing the event where you want to retrieve your order, we will reserve your purchase and bring it to that event. When you arrive, simply visit the PJS Trading booth and provide your name or order number. If you miss the event you selected, please contact us at pjstrading1775@gmail.com so we can arrange pickup at a later event or coordinate shipping, which may require an additional shipping fee.

ORDER TRACKING
Shipped orders will receive an email with tracking information once the package is on its way. Local Pickup and Event Pickup orders will receive a ready-for-pickup or confirmation message with the relevant details.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. For lost or delayed shipments, we will work with the carrier to begin an investigation. For damaged items, please email photos to pjstrading1775@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Event Pickup orders are considered fulfilled once they have been collected at the booth.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately at pjstrading1775@gmail.com If the order has not shipped, we will attempt to update the address. If the order has already shipped, rerouting may not be possible and additional postage may be required.

PREORDERS & BACKORDERED ITEMS
Orders containing preorder or backordered items may be held until all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, you may contact us to arrange a split shipment, though additional charges may apply.
